Remowned Artistic Director and Choreographer of Chudesiya Folk Dance Ensemble of Pazardzhik Bulgaria, Tanya Dimitrova presents Bulgarian folk dance workshops as a guest of Folk Dance Canberra.

The dancing is suitable for adults and children alike and requires no previous experience.

Tanya hold a Masters in Choreography, directing and Art Management and has taken her ensemble to the finals of Bulgaria’s Got Talent TV show. The ensemble has grown from a group of 5 students to more than 300.

Folk Dance Canberra is a not for profit community organisation for people who love to dance to music from around the world. Regular classes are held during the week with all teachers qualified in the Folk Dance Australia Teacher Training Course. Their dancers range from 2 to 90 years old.

Short sessions $18 ($15 for FDC members)
All day Saturday $30 ($25 FDC)
