Peter and the Wolf tells the story of Peter, a young boy who ignores his grandfather’s advice and ventures beyond the safe enclosure of his back garden. Outside he encounters a variety of animals, some friendly and others not so friendly, with much adventure, charm and laughter ensuing.

This charming tale is a perfect introduction to musical storytelling for young children, or a timeless favourite for seasoned music-lovers. Peter and the Wolf capitalises on the unique character of the individual instruments of the orchestra to bring the animals and people in the story to life.
